Terms of service

These terms are between you and GSM MEDIA S.R.L ("Reachiz", "we"). By creating an account or using Reachiz you accept them. If you use Reachiz for a company, you confirm you can bind that company.

The service

Reachiz provides lead search and enrichment, LinkedIn and email outreach sequences, a shared inbox, and related APIs and integrations. Features may change over time; we do not guarantee any third-party platform (such as LinkedIn) will always permit automation.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and your connected senders.
• You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to use the payment method on file.

Plans, trials and credits

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe. New accounts start with a 3-day trial that requires a card; you can cancel before the trial ends and pay nothing. Plans include a monthly credit pool; lead lookups, email and phone enrichment and verifications spend credits. Failed lookups are free. The monthly credits of a plan expire at the end of that month; trial credits expire when the trial ends. Credits you buy as a top-up never expire. Prices are listed on the pricing page.

Acceptable use

• No spam, unsolicited bulk messaging that violates applicable law, or harvesting data you have no right to process.
• No attempts to breach the service, scrape it, or exceed rate limits.
• No resale or sharing of your account with people outside your organization.
• You are responsible for honoring opt-outs and applicable outreach laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, PECR and similar).

Your data

You retain your data. You grant us the rights needed to operate the service. For lead data you control, our data processing addendum and privacy policy apply.

Third-party platforms

When you connect LinkedIn or email accounts, you authorize Reachiz to act on your behalf within the features you enable. You remain responsible for complying with those platforms' terms.

Termination

You can cancel anytime; the plan stays active until the end of the billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practicable.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or actions third-party platforms take on your accounts. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the product or by email before they take effect. Continued use after that point means acceptance.
