Anti-spam policy

This policy is part of the terms of service. It applies to every message you send through GSM MEDIA S.R.L ("Reachiz"), on LinkedIn and by email. You are the sender. Reachiz provides the tool.

What you may send

• Outreach to business contacts you have a lawful reason to contact.
• Messages that identify you and your company, and that tell the truth about your offer.
• Follow-ups inside a sequence, stopped when the person replies or opts out.

What you may not send

• Unsolicited bulk email that breaks CAN-SPAM, GDPR, PECR or the law that applies to you and the recipient.
• Messages to people who have opted out, unsubscribed or asked you to stop.
• Purchased or scraped lists you have no right to use.
• Deceptive subjects, fake sender identities, or hidden commercial intent.
• Content that is illegal, abusive, or unrelated to a genuine business offer.

How the product helps

Sequences respect daily limits per sender, and you can spread volume across more than one LinkedIn account and email inbox. A reply on any channel stops the sequence for that lead. Every LinkedIn account runs in Reachiz's cloud browser, through a residential proxy in the account's country. We store the session cookie, and for password sign-in the password and authenticator secret, encrypted, so we can run that session. These controls do not replace your duty to follow the law.

Opt-outs

Honor every unsubscribe, reply that asks you to stop, and platform block. Do not re-add that person to a campaign. For email, include a working way to opt out. For LinkedIn, stop when the person declines or asks you to stop.

Enforcement

We may pause sending, limit a sender, or close an account that generates spam complaints, ignores opt-outs, or uses Reachiz to break this policy. We will tell you when we can do so without helping ongoing abuse.
